Introduction: KOLD and KOLDMARK are nicotine and tobacco pouch brands serving distinct audiences within a shared product ecosystem. Challenge: The challenge was to create clear brand differentiation while maintaining structural and visual coherence across multiple products, markets, and cultural contexts. Solution: Brand systems were designed using modular identity frameworks, allowing each brand to express a unique tone while sharing underlying design logic and production efficiency.
