Introduction: Sigfyn is a fintech mobile app designed to provide users with a unified, real-time view of their finances, including banking, investments, liabilities, goals, and credit cards. Challenge: The primary challenge was designing for high cognitive load and trust-sensitive financial data, while ensuring the product could scale across multiple financial use cases and user mental models. Solution: The product experience was structured around progressive disclosure, adaptive navigation, and systemized information hierarchy, allowing users to access depth without feeling overwhelmed. Design decisions prioritized clarity, predictability, and long-term scalability. UX Methodologies Used: • Mental model mapping • Progressive disclosure frameworks • Systems-oriented information architecture • Interaction pattern abstraction • Design system governance Methodology Notes: This case study highlights outcomes; methodology details are available on request.
